Mechanics

Brutal Restraint adds +2 Dexterity to travel passives (+10 to Dexterity/Intelligence/Strength), +4 Dexterity to all other small passives and adds random modifiers to notable passives. It transforms Keystone passives into exclusive Keystone passives not normally available to the passive skill tree.

Characters are limited to 1 Historic jewel. All unique Timeless Jewel have the Historic mod.
Conquered: Transformed passive skills cannot be further modified by other radius jewels such as Lioneye's FallLioneye's Fall
Viridian JewelRadius: MediumMelee and Melee Weapon Type modifiers in Radius are Transformed to Bow ModifiersThe shield crab does not leave his shell unless it is forced to,
